Los Angeles-based designer Demitri Sgourakis works globally and is best known for his modern approach to eclectic interiors.  His eye for fashion-forward style combined with his deep knowledge & appreciation for the historical roots of design, result in fresh yet classic creations.

Demitri believes a successful room should not only reflect the client, it should also have space to grow along with them as they inevitably evolve.  Whether designing in neutral palettes or with color-rich statements, Demitri's respect for quality, timeless tradition, and attention to detail is ever-present throughout his work.

Born in New Jersey, Demitri studied at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology, attending their Art & Architecture program in England and their French Costume & Design school in Paris.  After an apprenticeship with legendary decorator Bette Baer, Demitri relocated to Los Angeles to become Design Director for Kreiss Home Furnishings before founding Demitri Christian Interior Design, Inc.
